Im 26yo from Norfolk,VA and i just got my first 4 units this year. Looking forward to learning as much as i can to be a full time investor after i get out the military.

Welcome to BP!  You'll learn so much by searching on these forums.  And don't forget the Education and Tools tabs, there are some great forms on here and a tenant screening link that I've used several times now.  If you're not familiar with the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group, check it out as we're lucky to have such a large active one here locally.
