We have 6 units of Commercial real-estate, and three residential units. I also manage three store fronts and a 2 bedroom for my Sister. Loving the Self Management aspects and tenant screening of both commercial and residential. I have great trades people who respond promptly and do a great job for an affordable price. I am now very comfortable with drawing up the leases and build in auto increases on both residential and commercial. Merry Christmas to all!!
