Residential/MF Investor - Atlanta

Hi all,

I am Richard, I have 5 years of professional real estate experience, including 2 years of multifamily development in South Florida and 2 years of commercial/multifamily lending experience. My development experience consists of several 100+ unit tax credit projects, I was involved with site selection, financing, and project management of the development process, My lending experience includes underwriting and structuring CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loan across the country. I am a graduate of the University of Miami School of Business and lived/worked in South Florida for 7 years.

I am currently living in Boston but I am planning to move to Atlanta at the end of February 2017. My goal is to start buying and rehabbing single family houses and small MF projects in the Atlanta area in Feb-March of 2017. I have listened to the BP podcast for the past year and finally decided to get involved on the site. I am in the process of reading The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs.
