Hello,

My name is Majahzi and I am being relocated to Wilmington by my job and I am very interested in learning about creating passive income through rental properties. I have no experience besides a summer job assisting a real estate agent back in junior high. I'm really looking to learn the ropes and see if owning rental properties is for me.
