Hello, investors. My name is Renat Shamiev. I am planning to start investing in real estate soon. Before I start putting my money in that I would like to learn as much as possible. My plan is utilize Brrrr strategy or just buy and hold if I can find a good deal. I want to learn how to perform various maintenance, remodeling and fix up projects to keep costs down at least in the beginning. I have a job which i hope will be generating enough capital to come up with downpayments for my projects. And my goal is eventually to get rid of that job and retire early living off the cash flow.
