Hello, I'm Greg and I moved to East Texas around 11 years ago from the Northeast. My goal is to soon buy a duplex as part of my future retirement income, eventually I'd like to own maybe 10 rental units. At age 50, I feel a bit like I'm late starting, but it's never to late. I'd like to replace my current income from work (@ 80k/yr) with income from rental property while flipping a couple homes each year. I found BiggerPockets while browsing the web and was very impressed with the level of knowledge that is shared here. I'm thankful I found the site, and look forward to getting to know the members here.

Thanks, guys. This is awesome. I'm already making use of the calculators to crunch numbers as I plan to buy my first property.
