So far this seems like a great site with some helpful articles and people, I'm looking foreword to exploring more of it.

I haven't begun my investing yet, but hopefully in the near future I can begin purchasing a duplex in the area and work my way from there. Main interests would be multifamily buildings and fix-and-flip homes.
