Hello All!,

My name is Jorge. Married, with two awesome little dudes. I graduated from Baruch College with a bachelors in finance. Doing accounting work for a non-profit and a side gig at Lowe's. I'm new to real estate investing, but have been interested in it for over a year. I've listened to the BiggerPockets® podcast for the past year, and have also gone through the process of qualifying for a home loan, searching for a home and being unable to find something. Quite a lot of work to come up empty handed. No-one said it was going to be easy.

I'm looking for a partner to invest in fixer-upper properties, like any other beginner. From my experience when I was looking to buy a home last summer, I’ve learned quite a lot about what it takes to make an investment like this happen. Realizing that, I recognized that a partner is needed in order to get going.

An effective partner would be one that has the following qualities:

-Funds (+10K).

-Knowledge (at the very least, foundational knowledge regarding real estate transactions and regulations).

-Willingness to work whenever necessary and not afraid to take on tasks outside their comfort zone.

-Compatible personality (We won’t know this until we meet).

I hope this brief introduction will serve you with enough information to peek your interest. I look forward to meeting you and also to a horizon of opportunities in real estate.

Kind regards,

Jorge Manzanarez
