Hi guys, I am ready to take my investing to the next level. I have been studying real estate for about a year and I have purchased my first buy and hold home.  I am interested in getting started with wholesale and flips. I am here to network and to find other investors in my area that wouldn't mind going to lunch and discussing the business.  Thank you in advance
