Hello, My name is Linda Pasas and I'm a Real Estate Broker from San Diego, CA. I've recently started investing in property for positive cash flow. I've sold tons of flips with investors, after making them millions (yes millions) but never for myself, because I didn't believe I had enough funds to do it on my own. I was always looking in San Diego and the prices are just so high here I could never afford it. I have recently started looking in different markets.
