Hi I"m JC Jensen from Salem, Or.  

I've had a couple of rentals for about 10 years, recently I sold those and bought one to fix and flip which went well, I'm looking for others but I've had to pass on several cash only deals because the banks won't loan on them so I'm here to learn other ways to finance them.
