Hello, My name is Syndarius but you can call me Noel (thats my middle name). Ill be moving to New Mexico in December. I am currently living in Stuttgart Germany. I am 26 years old and I have been interested in real estate investing every since I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. I have been doing a lot of research on all the different methods in real estate. I am not looking to get rich quick. I want to build and grow a portfolio so I can be financially free.

I am from Augusta, Georgia and I've spent the last 6 years serving in the US Army. I can currently still serving, but I will be out of the military in 2018. I believe real estate will give me the income that I want to be able to work on my own time. Before I joined the Army I did home improvement side jobs, i.e. paint, dry wall, tile, carpeting, roofing, little bit of framing, pressure washing, junk removal, lawn care. So I am not scared of a little sweat.

I am looking forward to meeting and networking with people on here so please feel free to contact me.
