Greetings, I have real estate in several states that I recently inherited. I have a full-time job with the Federal government and am 3-6 years from retirement from that job. I'm here to learn about assessing ROI, but first I'd like to better analyze what I currently have. There are a lot of variables to consider and I'm not sure I'm including all of the biggies. It appears that I've lucked into finding BP, because I need education and this looks like a good place to find it. Thank you.
