Hello BP,

Long time lurker, first time poster. My wife and I recently moved from the county to the city and we have been renting out or old townhouse for about a year. I am looking to learn from all of you how to be a successful landlord because we really started out having no idea what to do and slowly we are piecing things together. We were blessed with great tenants so far but I know that can and will change over time so I want us to be prepared and learn as much about Land Lording as possible. Our goals would be to acquire additional rental properties that cash flow over the next few years. I look forward to speaking with and learning from everyone on this Forum. I know I have learned a ton already.
