My name is Nick and I'm new to real estate. I'm currently studying to get my real estate license in northern Indiana and (what I'm most excited about) learning how to buy/invest in real estate and create cash flow. Every 9-5 J.O.B. (Just Over Broke if you haven't heard the acronym) has bored the tears out of me. I'm here to learn, meet new people, and of course make money.
