My name is Nicholas and I'm a new investor in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

While I don't own any property at this time, I'm looking to learn as much as possible from experienced investors. Specific areas of interest include the Bay Area, Sacramento, Stockton, and Central California. I'm very interested in multi-family.
