New Member in Northern Virginia / Southern California

Hello BP! I'm so glad I found this community. I currently split my time between Northern Virginia (Vienna) and Southern California (Ventura County). Aside from buying and rehabbing two primary residences, I currently have a position in several REITs. My goal is to invest in more hands-on methods and with a background in construction/home remodeling and PR/marketing, BRRRR and flipping are most appealing to me. I look forward to connecting with others here to learn more and share what I know as well as exploring potential opportunities, especially in Northern VA and So Cal.
