Hello Everyone,

New member here in Albany, NY. Currently own an owner occupied duplex.  Looking to get into much bigger deals and am interested in finding investors.  I also want to learn as much as possible when it comes to investing and managing all types of properties.  Not looking to flip. I'm in it for the long haul.
