Newbie moving to Twin Cities

Hello! I'm a soon to be college graduate (this December) and have accepted a full time position in Golden Valley, MN. Instead of living in an apartment in Minneapolis, I would love to find a place that I can house hack, preferably within an 8 or so mile radius of work.

I joined BP after listening to the a few of the podcasts to learn more about house hacking and deal finding. I have a place that I can live rent free in for a couple months after I start work in late February. I would love to have enough knowledge and resources by that time to find a purchase my first deal!

I look forward to exploring all of the resources here on BP and becoming a part of the community!
