Brand newbie from San Diego
I am brand new to REI. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, I am looking into mainly my first buy & hold but am open to whatever makes the most sense for the deal. My goal is to acquire enough cash flow to where I can live for free & my basic monthly expenses are taken care of. I am a manager for a large GC & love my job but would like to work for fun if at all possible. I came to BP through a friend who works for a RE lender & who is highly involved in REI. I'm a big fan of the BP podcasts - I've listened to 31 in the last 3 weeks haha. So, thanks Brandon & Josh for that. It's been very entertaining & enlightening! Lastly, I'm in the process of getting equipped with knowledge, analyzing leads & looking forward to my first deal!

Welcome to BiggerPockets Chris! You have definitely come to the right place. I miss California and your San Diego. It was fun living there. I now live on the east coast and it is really a different world.
I have enjoyed the podcasts as well, you are listening to them faster than I am.
