Hi BP! My wife and I just discovered BP and we are very excited to be part of the BP community. Looking forward to networking and learn from all of you. Right now we are in the process of securing a loan to do our first renovation. We are looking to add a master suite in our home in Daly City. We haven't done anything yet so any and all advice is much appreciated. We don't even have a GC so if anybody has any recommendations we are definitely interested! Can't wait to hear from everybody!
