Hello my name is Todd Summers. Sorry for the horrible profile picture its not the one I wanted to load and now I cant figure out how to change it. But anyway I currently reside in WY and my family and I are relocating to Utah hopefully the Logan are next June. I currently have one rental property in Wyoming it was our primary residence that I converted to a rental property. It is my first rental property so I have learned a lot of things that I did incorrectly and a few things I did right. I have done a lot more research and read numerous books on the topic of buy and hold real estate investing and I am looking forward to learning a lot more from people on this site and further my education any way I can and I am excited to starting a business in real estate investing.
