BSN (that's brand spanking new) member from Huntington Beach. I am excited to learn all aspects of real estate investing without the huge seminar where I have to purchase products that "they" are selling. Been there, done that and lost my bootie. I am currently renting in an expensive area and can't afford to buy here so am looking to buy some rental property to have positive cash flow, maybe in Las Vegas? I am a flight attendant and enjoy traveling still so going to new cities to investigate properties is something I will look forward to. I plan on using some of my 401K money to accomplish some of my purchases and hope that can be done through an IRA. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
