Hey all I am from NY I am interested in partnering and learning always.

I have been investing for a number of years and done Multi Family on Long Island, residential rental  investment properties in  Florida, commercial condos Minnesota ( North Loop) and investment properties in Brooklyn.  I like buy and holds but I am open.
