New Member from Chattanooga Area

All, 

My name is Heath and I'm a investor from the Atlanta area and just moved up to Chattanooga area not to long ago. I have a extensive background in the Real Estate/Development/Construction in the Residential and Commercial markets. My background started in Atlanta, Ga with residential/commercial construction. I have been in single family investing for a couple years now on the side. I'm looking to invest in East TN and N Ga areas and talk to some local investors about what they may need and get more info about the buyers market up here. I'm looking forward to have joined the Bigger Pockets and talking to the community here more.
