Hi There!

I'm Ade. I currently live in Edmonton Alberta. I move out here from Toronto last year. I only started my real estate investment journey in May 2016. So far, i have bought one property, talked to many FSBOs, did lots of comps and i'm still working on fine tuning my systems.

I would love to invest in rent-to-own here in Edmonton, particularly in the North East as that's the area that I'm currently living.

My goal for the real estate business is for me to quit my day job, be location independent and spend my winters in warmer cities :)

I was referred to the bigger pockets community by an investor that I met at a meet up group here in Edmonton.

Looking forward to meeting other Canadian investors. :)

@Adeola Ade - Welcome! I love Edmonton. I just got back from a trip out there. Lots of great places to invest. I'm looking at the SW new builds and some inner city infills. There's a huge investor community in Edmonton. Take a search through meetup.com if you can't find anything good I'd be glad to refer you!

Cheers,

Ming
