Hi all!

I've been listening to the BP Podcast for a few weeks now since my dad gave me The Book On Rental Property Investing and I can't stop.

He encouraged me to buy my first house at 22 at the bottom of the market (2012), rented out a room to a friend to live almost-rent-free, rented it out on VRBO since it was near Coachella Fest ($5-6k/weekend), and then got married, moved, and sold it for a $45k profit

My job moved us to the Henderson, NV area so my wife and I are now looking to invest and acquire some properties in the near future -- interested in multi-families since they seem like good monthly cash flow.
