Hello from Waterford, Michigan! A little bit about myself: I'm a new car salesman at Bowman Chevrolet in Clarkston and have been in the business for about 6 years. My wife and I recently had our first baby boy, Jack, on 9/14/16, and we're looking to get into the world of real estate investing. My primary motivation for pursuing RE is to be able to have a flexible work schedule, so that when my son and future children are older, I can put them first. My initial point of interest was going to be buy and hold, but my wife is much more interested in flipping, so I think that's where we'd like to start. We have a decent chunk of money saved up, and are hoping to get started within the next six months. Any advice for a couple of newbies would be greatly appreciated! Very excited to be a part of what looks like an amazing community of people!
