New Investor - Introduction

Michael Richardson
  • Macomb, MI
Posted

Hi everyone, I am a new investor from Macomb Twp., MI entering the fix and flip arena along with buy and hold investments. My wife works at GM and I work full time as a Process Design Engineer and time is a luxury, I am somewhat handy doing things around the home including remodeling, however, I don't plan on doing the work completely on my own. Will be using contractors (any recommendations).

Doing a lot of looking and I have not been able to find anything to purchase yet that is satisfactory with my HML, having a hard time locating good deal properties, estimating rehab here in Michigan and of coarse pulling the trigger.

My wife and I are working this together and hope to learn as much as possible about real estate investing - Bigger Pockets seems to be the place.

Thanks,

Mike & Kathy
