20yr Old LA Real Estate Investor; Making My First Purchase!
Hello! I go by Letto. I am a 20yr old lady entrepreneur here in Los Angeles with business mainly in the Social Entrepreneurship field, but also freelance business development, social media marketing, and an avid Youth Empowerment advocate. I am preparing to purchase my first investment property within the next six months, most likely a multi-family home here in Los Angeles, and would really like to learn more about the ins and outs of Real Estate Investment!
