I found BP with a simple google search for top investment podcast and it pop up on a random website. I downloaded the first podcast and now I'm hooked to it. With a long drive to and from work 5 days a week, something educational is always a plus. Here is alittle about me. I work full time for the railroad and have always had an interest in flipping and buy/hold. I'm a Marine Corps veteran and hold a BA in economics. I would like to get into real estate investing in the Atlanta area. I'm very willing to learn and would like to find a local mentor who is an investor or real estate agent.
