Hi there, I heard from a friend this was a great real estate investing website to join , so I'm signing on from Middleburg, FL, which is located in the SW part of the metro  Jacksonville area.   I've  lived with my family here for about 34 years, having a long career as a professional engineer, and in recent years have had some experience in investing in single family rental homes in the area.  I'd like to connect with others in the area, to share my experiences, learn from others, and look for new opportunities!
