New BP Member, wanting to introduce myself.
Hello fellow BP members.
I wanted to reach out and introduce myself. Started following the forum in lurker mode a few weeks ago and I have been listening to podcasts while I relocated to the area. I own 1 SFR here in Aurora and I have it rented out. Barely making any money on it due to the property management company but it has given me the opportunity to learn from my mistakes. Hoping to buy my first real investment only property here early 2017, trying to time the market cycle. Hoping to get my feet wet with small units and properties at first but eventually move into a Multi-family type deal.
Hope to network a little and see what people here are doing.
