Investor in Colorado
Hello! I am a new-ish investor in the Denver Metro area. Right now I have one cash flowing rental property and I am looking to add another (most likely in Aurora) in the next few weeks/months. I'm an avid BP podcast listener, and I'm excited to learn more/share more with this community while I get my empire up and running! :-)
