Hello everyone! My name is Essence and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I found this site the other day and I can't stop reading the blog posts! I find them very informative and they make everything very clear and easy to understand. I'm currently taking the intro course. I'm also working on becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. My "why" is that I want to be able to spend more time with my family and travel (freedom) and to not have to worry about money (financial security). I look forward to meeting and learning with lots of great people by participating in the forums.

Another interesting fact, is that although I am in a more northern region of the east coast, I have been to your amazing part of the world several times,  I have a friend with a local company called Nova Georgia Limited, that has about 200 units between South Carolina and Georgia.
