Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm a GC, real estate broker. I've been buying houses and fixing them up since 1997. I typically buy, renovate, and hold for several years as a rental or as my personal residence before selling. I'm having a hard time finding deals these days (prices have gone up dramatically in my target markets in Charlotte) - so hoping to find some tips here. We also have done some vacation rental properties (St Pete FL). I'm currently looking at properties in the NC mountains.
