New Member From Northern Virginia
Hi, all. I'm a new member from Northern Virginia and originally from Buffalo, NY. I currently hold a "full time" job. I figured this would be a good place to go to continue my real estate education. I'm currently looking for effective ways to use capital and am considering a buy-and-hold strategy. I've yet to go out and find a deal, as I am still educating myself. But, I figured joining this site and reading the wealth of information on here is a good way to keep moving forward.
