Greetings BP.

I am pleased to find Real Estate Development and New Home Construction to be a component of the Bigger Pockets community agenda.

I am seeking resources to finance speculative new home construction projects in Los Angeles and Orange County through private lenders and investors. I would appreciate receiving insights and mentorship from members with experience in residential development and project funding.
