Hi, I'm new to Slidell, Louisiana and am thinking about getting into long term rentals. Just trying to learn this side of the game. Currently, I help hotels and resorts that could  use help with room capacity connect with large vacation clubs. Now I'm looking for opportunities and lessons in both arenas.
