Bellingham, WA newbie

Hi,

My name is Tyler and I live in Bellingham, WA. My fiancee owns a business, and I am an entrepreneurial-minded engineering student currently working as a drafter / project manager for a local manufacturing company. She has been looking to buy a property for her business, and I am interested in general investing (stock market and real estate in particular). My current interest in real estate revolves around the idea of opening a co-working space which can provide cash flow as well as a workspace for my side projects outside of my job. We are excited to learn as much as we can about real estate investing, and hopefully pass on some of our collective knowledge to others in the community as well.

Cheers,

Tyler
