Hello! My name is Don Dickerson and I just found this site, so I'm learning where all the good stuff is.
I'm a landlord currently holding 5 properties, all paid for, and I'm retired and enjoying my time off. My strategy is to add at least one good property every year.
That leaves me a lot of time to pursue my hobbies, mainly playing trombone in a Trad Jazz band. But, heck, my properties pay for my living expenses.
