Born and raised in Honolulu. Co-Founder of BoxJelly Hawaii's first coworking space. I'm new to investing and stoked to be a part of the BP community.

Welcome @Rechung Fujihira! I'm originally from Hawaii myself (grew up in Kalihi) and live in the Seattle area now. I'm working on building an investment portfolio that will allow me to leave the corporate desk job behind and move home!

Welcome to BP @Rechung Fujihira! Had to get on here and give you a shout out. I've only lived in Hawaii for a year but the BoxJelly was one of the first places I looked up online when I got here. Haven't had a chance to stop by yet but its awesome what you and your partner have created there. I'm a big fan of WeWork and their biz model.
Great to see fellow entrepreneurs on here getting into real estate and furthering their knowledge! Look forward to connecting.

@Rechung Fujihira I built up a 45k sqft assisted living facility that housed up to 80 residents at one point. Its a family business that's still running. More recently, I built up a real-life escape room business from the ground up that's also currently running in Irvine, CA.
At the moment, my partner and I are focusing on residential fix and flip deals on Oahu. I noticed in another post that you're looking for commercial space to expand BoxJelly and be on the ownership side of the RE? If I come across anything or anyone who may be of help I'll be sure to let you know!
