My name is Stan and I invest in multi-family rentals in Jersey City, NJ (buy & hold).  So far I have one 2-family in Bergen Lafayette and am currently working to expand with similar properties in the area.  Looking forward to connecting with local real estate actives to gain knowledge and share contacts.  All the best.
