New to Flipping!

Hello Community!! I am new to the Flipping, although I have been interested in it for many years, just never knew how to go about starting and with who. I am looking to do it in the Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas areas, Chicago, IL (and surrounding areas), Washington, D.C. and Norfolk, VA (and surrounding areas) and the Lake Charles, LA (and surrounding areas). I would love to do it with OPM opposed to mine. I am a single mother and looking to make money as I go through the process of getting my Real Estate License. Any and all help and pointers is GREATLY appreciated!! I am looking to get started as of LAST WEEK!! :)
