I am looking for some investment oppurtunities in Austin area. My objective is to learn, grow and succeed as a real estate investor. Mostly looking out for cash flow properties.

Hi Vinod,

Agree with the others that it can be tricky to invest in Austin rentals--the biggest issue for me is that the property taxes are so high (though TX doesn't have state income taxes), that they add $300-400 per month on even a modest property...but I am bullish on the appreciation potential.
