Hi everyone,
I found this great site while looking to place some of my loan scenario's. I have been in the mortgage business for about 15 years. My focus has been on residential and commerical hard money loans. At times my investor base is tied up so I have been looking for new lenders whether it be through individuals or brokers. I look forward to networking and getting new ideas. :D
