Hello, I am Matt. I am looking at diving into the real estate investing field and heard biggerpockets was a great source to beginning and maintaining a presence in the field. I am currently wanting to investigate the wholesale strategy and eventually wanting to progress into the buy and hold and flipping strategies. I am looking forward to expanding my network via this Avenue and learning as much as possible. If anyone has any suggestions on any publications, classes, or podcasts that relate to wholesaling, then please let me know.
