Hello everyone, my name is Chase Noel. I came here after reading some starting material in the real estate investment genre. Im hoping this will be a good place to make new contacts but mostly a good resource to help learn the trade. Right now im largely interested in getting started in the flipping and maybe start a few buy and holds. Im brand new to the real estate investing idea. However, I am really excited to get started. I also pride myself on being a quick learner.

A little about me, I currently work as a senior web developer. Its a great job but i would really like to start building more of a passive income so I can get to a point where i only have to work if I want to.
