New Investor In Cincinnati OH

I wanted to introduce myself. I have wanted to invest in real estate for awhile now but wanted to get my finances in order before I did. I do currently have 1 rental property that is bringing in 200.00 a month after expenses. The issue is the rental property does have a HELOC on it that is still good for another 9 years so I believe I have some time to figure out what to do with the equity on the property and refinance out of the LOC.

I also own a home inspection company that I believe will save me a very small amount when analyzing deals.  I also have a full time job as a GM for a local trucking company that keeps me pretty busy.  As you can see I do not have a whole lot of time, but I do realize I need to work hard now so hopefully I do not have to work hard later.

I will be visiting here quite often and trying to learn as much as I can before I purchase my next property.
