Hi! My name is Lynn Wilkerson. I currently live in the DFW, Texas area. My family and I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia five years ago and loving this Texas real estate market! I've been licensed in Georgia for almost 14 years and a little over 1 year in Texas. I love everything about real estate. I've primarily worked in general sales. However, I have also worked for developers, national and local builders. I also love staging. I look forward to learning a lot from this forum as I hope to invest in my own properties soon.

Hey Rolanda! Thanks so much.  Yes. Both are wonderful markets.  I really miss Atlanta a lot.  Awesome...so you are an agent and an investor?  I currently work with investors as their agent, but I'm so trying my best to become an Investor.  I hear this is a great place to start. Oh my... Where do I start with great ATL areas for investments...Reynoldstown, West End, Edgewood, anything along the Beltline, East Atlanta to name a few.
